Years of conditioning, have taught us to believe otherwise. The good news is that it is not impossible to change our thinking, it just takes time and patience. The movie the Secret has been taking the continent by storm, if you haven’t had a chance to see it yet, find the time. It is worth the time it takes to view it and besides so many people are talking about it after it apeared on Oprah, that you will be able to sound enlightened when others ask. All kidding aside, it is worth your time to begin to see new ways of thinking. These ways are not really new but may be new to you.
We are what we think we are!
This has never been truer! Begin today to think you are fabulous and deserving! It is true of each and everyone of us. Begin today to forgive yourself and everyone else in your life, the only person you are hurting by holding onto anger is yourself!
Taking these two small steps will begin to transform your life!
