Daily meditation and affirmations are a great way to increase positive energy. Begin today to find the time to be with the inner you. Five minutes is a great start, it is more important to do 5 minutes daily than to do a halfhour once a week. By doing it daily your inner self knows that you are making this a regular practice and will assist you in it becoming a habit! Life functions so much better when we are able to create a positive energy flow.
